What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by David Lloyd Clubs Limited to the Licensing Authority of Eastleigh Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd at Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XA. The application includes the following terms:

  1. To expand the licensed areas to include the new padel social (ground floor) and gym/mezzanine (first floor) areas;

  2. To approve the layout of the new spa and spa garden areas (ground floor) and reconfiguration of first floor licensed areas;

  3. To approve other minor layout changes to licensed areas – all above as per drawings deposited with the Licensing Authority.

Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Eastleigh Borough Council, Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, SO50 9YN or at Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00 Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.eastleigh.gov.uk/la03registers.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY via www.eastleigh.gov.uk/la03registers or licensing@eastleigh.gov.uk at any time up to and including 22 April 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
