What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Leon Kennedy Ltd has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Goldstone Retail Park, Old Shoreham Road, Hove, BN3 7PN.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. 2. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP or via email to IHLJicensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk no later than 23rd April 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Brighton & Hove City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.brighton-hove.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
