What is proposed?

Walsall Council - Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for a premises licence Premises: Spar, 512 Queslett Road, Streetly, Walsall, B43 7EJ. Notice is hereby given that Mr Dilbir Singh
Khaneja has applied to Walsall Council as the Licensing Authority for a premises licence under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Proposed licensing activities: Retail Sale of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 00:00 – 24:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Unit, Walsall Council Environment Depot, 200 Pelsall Road, Brownhills, Walsall, WS8 7EN

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
