What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by The Goodwood Art
Foundation CIC to the Licensing Authority of Chichester
District Council for a Premises Licence for the Goodwood
Art Foundation, New Barn Hill, Goodwood, Chichester,
PO18 0QP, including the Gallery, Café and Amphitheatre
within the grounds. The application is to permit: the sale of
alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, live
music, recorded music, performance of dance, plays, and
films between 0900 and 0100 each day and provide late
night refreshment until 0100 each day. Full details of the
Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing
Authority at Chichester District Council, East Pallant
House, East Pallant, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1TY.
A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at
any time up to and including 21st April 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
