FOR A PREMISES LICENCE TO BE GRANTED
Notice is hereby given that 555 Cocktail Bar Ltd
(16271381) has applied on this day 21 March 2025 to
Peterborough City Council for the Grant of a Premises
Licence to permit: The retail sale of alcohol on and off
Sunday to Wednesday from 10:00 until 00:30, Thursday to
Saturday from 10:00 until 02:30; Live and recorded music
Sunday to Wednesday from 10:00 until 00:30, Thursday to
Saturday from 10:00 until 02:30; Late night refreshment
Sunday to Wednesday from 23:00 until 00:30, Thursday to
Saturday from 23:00 until 02:30; Open to the public Sunday
to Wednesday from 10:00 until 01:00, Thursday to Saturday
from 10:00 until 03:00, for the premises known as: 555
Restaurant and Bar situated at: 42 Broadway, Peterborough,
PE1 1RS. Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in writing to:
Peterborough City Council Licensing Section, Sand Martin
House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough PE2 8TY.
Representations in respect of this application must reach
the Licensing Authority no later than 18 April 2025 stating
the grounds for making said representation. The register
and a record of the application can be inspected on

by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application for a premises licence
and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an
offence is unlimited.
