What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003


Application has been made by Odeon Cinemas Limited to
the Licensing Authority of West Northamptonshire Council
for a Premises Licence for the Odeon Cinema, Sixfields
Leisure Park, Weedon Road, Northampton, NN5 5QJ. The
application is to permit: the sale of alcohol between 10:00
and midnight each day; plays, films, live and recorded
music, performance of dance and anything similar between
09:00 and 03:00 each day and late-night refreshment until
03:30 each day. Full details of the Application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at West
Northamptonshire Council, Borough Solicitor's Division,
The Guildhall, St. Giles Square, Northampton, NN1 1DE.
A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority
at any time up to and including 23rd April 2025

a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
