Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises License

Notice is hereby given that Terra Toscana has applied to Knowsley Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow the sale of alcohol at 2 Eccleston Street, Prescot L34 5QF

The premises will operate as a restaurant, providing food and beverages to customers in a comfortable dining setting. 

The application includes the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises during the following hours: Monday-Sunday: 12:00 - 23:00

Any objections need to be made by 11th April 2025 to Knowsley MBC

Municipal Buildings, 20 Archway Rd, Huyton, Liverpool L36 9UX 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
