What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Donington Summer Fest has applied in respect of Cowley Academy School Sports Field, School Lane, Donington, PE11 4TF for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for.

Donington Summer Fest 1 day Event, Usually 1st Saturday in July.  Application to serve alcohol between 3:00pm and 11:00pm and play recorded/ live music between 3:00pm and 11:00pm ( inc 1:00pm - 3:00pm for sound checking)

For up to 1,000 attendees between 3:00pm and 11:00pm. Saturday 5th July 2025

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 23/04/2025 to the Licensing Team, South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
