Application for a variation of Premises Licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Jetty Holdings Ltd to Thanet District Council in respect of premises known as Jetty Seafood Broadstairs, Pier Head Shelter, The Harbour, Broadstairs, CT10 1EU.

The brief details of the application to amend the plan to extend the area for licensable activities.

A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Thanet District Council, Cecil Street, Margate. Kent. CT9 1XZ, during normal office hours.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Thanet District Council at the above address by midnight 25/04/25.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
