Live music: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 02:00 (next day)
Recorded music: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 02:00 (next day)
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 14/03/2025 and 11/04/2025.
All representations must be made in writing [including email or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
