Lakemoor Devon Campsite, Chulmleigh - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?

To whom it may concern: We, Lakemoor Devon Ltd, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Lakemoor, Chulmleigh, EX18 7DY and known as Lakemoor Devon Campsite.
The application is to:- allow the performance of live music, playing of recorded music, offering the provision of late-night refreshments and the supply of alcohol.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
