NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants
Limited has applied to Ashfield District Council on
28th March 2025 for a premises licence for McDonald’s
Restaurants, Unit B1, The Broad Centre Retail Park, Sutton
in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 5FH for the provision
of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and
05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the
premises. Representations made be made regarding the
proposed application, either in writing to :- The Licensing
Authority, Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby in
Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA or by e-mail to
by no later than 25th April 2025.
The record of this application can be viewed during
standard office hours by an appointment with the Licensing
Authority at the Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby in
Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
