PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17, Licensing Act 2003)
Notice is given that BRENTWOOD TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB CIC has applied to BRENTWOOD BOROUGH COUNCIL for a new premises license in respect of BRENTWOOD TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB, BRENTWOOD CENTRE, DODDINGHURST ROAD PILGRIMS HATCH BRENTWOOD CM15 9NN. If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place:
LIVE MUSIC & RECORDED MUSIC:
1000hrs-0000hrs Monday-Thursday
1000hrs-0100hrs Friday-Sunday
LATE-NIGHT REFRESHMENT:
2300hrs-0000hrs Monday-Thursday
2300hrs-0100hrs Friday-Sunday
SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL:
1000hrs-2330hrs Monday-Thursday
1000hrs-0030hrs Friday-Sunday
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Friday, excluding public holidays. Details are also provided on Brentwood Borough Council’s website at www.brentwood.gov.uk.
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Other Person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 22nd April 2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (UNLIMITED)
