Licensing Act 2003: Application for New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of the KFC, North Close, Ash Road, Aldershot, GU12 4HA for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Hours and activities: Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 (drive thru only) every day. Opening Hours: 09:30 to 00:00 every day. Anyone who wishes to make representations in respect of this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Manager, Rushmoor Borough Council, Council Offices, Farnborough Road, Farnborough GU14 7JU or by email to licensing@rushmoor.gov.uk.

Any comments made by way of representation cannot be treated in confidence and may be made publicly available.

Representations must be received in writing by 24 April 2025, clearly stating the grounds upon which representation is made, which must be relevant to the licensing objectives detailed in the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
