What is proposed?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sachan GB Limited has applied to Buckinghamshire Council on 18th March 2025 for the Variation of the existing Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Desborough Paik Sen/ice Station, 76 Desborough Park Road, High Wycombe HP12 3BE to permit the sale of alcohol twenty-four hours a day seven days a week for consumption off the premises.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by 15th April 2025 to the Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury Buckinghamshire HP19 8FF or by email to licensing@buckinghamsrire.gov.uk . The Licensing Register and record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
