Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of the KFC, 300 Plymouth Road, Marsh Mills, Plymouth, PL6 8NH for the grant of a new premises licence under the LicensingAct 2003 to permit the following: Hours and activities: Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 every day for customers, collecting or dining and from 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning every day for car and delivery collection only (no customer access). Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the week. After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/car drive through collection service only. Any representations to this application should be made in writing to: Office of the Director of Public Health, Head of Public Protection Service, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ. or electronically to: licensing@plymouth.gov.uk (For electronic representations please provide your postal address). NO LATER THAN 23 April 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
