What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Runway East has applied to Birmingham Council on 25/03/2025 for a Premises Licence to use the premises at Arca Building, Temple Row, B2 5AF for the sale by retail of alcohol on Monday - Sunday between 12:00 - 23:45.
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing Representations should be made in writing to: Birmingham City Council General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement P.O. Box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ or by email to Licensingonline@birmingham.gov.uk by 22nd April 2025.
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
