NOTICE OF LICENCE APPLICATION

Under the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17

Best of Hungary have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Premises License on the 17/03/2025 for Unit 5E. Glan Yr Afon Industrial Estate, Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth.

We seek to Licence the following activities: Monday – Saturday Supply of Alcohol forConsumption Off-Site 09:00 – 16:30.

The application is available for inspection by request made to:The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, County Hall, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0AT, by email: publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk or telephone: 01545 570 881

Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 15/04/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
