Notice of an Application for a Licence for A Sex Shop.

Notice is hereby given that I ,Mark Steven Smith applied on 26th March 2025 To Birmingham City Council in Respect of the premises known as The Book Exchange Ground Floor 91 Oxford Street, Digbeth , B5 6DY Under the Local Government(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the renewal of a Licence for : A Sex Shop during the intended opening hours of 10am to 9pm Monday to Friday 10am to 6.30pm, Saturday and 11am to 4pm Sundays.

Any objections to this application must be made in writing to: Birmingham City Council General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement P O box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ No later than 28 days after the date of the application, stating the grounds for objection.
