STA(UK) LTD is applying for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence at – Nisa Local, 116 Turves Green, Birmingham B31 4BL.
If GRANTED the application will allow: Opening hours and the Sale of alcohol – Monday to Sunday – 06:00 to 23:00
Remove seasonal variation hours.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 20/04/2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
