What is proposed?

The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005

Notice is hereby given that: I Mr Sahin Erdogan have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a Premises Licence for the Premises known as Craft Food and Wine, at 284 Cambridge Heath Road, London E2 9DA I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol Off the Premise / Opening Hours Sunday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 01:00 Thursday to Saturday from 08:00 to 03:00 The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept and where the record of the application can be viewed from 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday inclusive, at: Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ. licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Tower Hamlet Licensing, by not later than 10th April 2025 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
