What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Tower Hamlets for a new Premises Licence for late night refreshment on and off the premises (daily 2300–0300) at:
Popeyes Kitchen, 7–8 The Oval, London E2 9DT
A register of licensing applications can be inspected Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm at:
Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ
by appointment or by emailing licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 21 April 2025.
Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel.
Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives, which are: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
