What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Curds Hall Barn Limited has applied in respect of Curds Hall Barn, Spicers Corner, Little Fransham Norfolk, NR19 2RQ for a variation Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the premises to have the same number of events per calendar year (52) as present, but to be held any day Monday to Sunday (currently Wednesday and Saturday) for the following licensable activities:

Live Music Indoors and Outdoors (only unamplified music outdoors) Mon to Sun 10:00am to Midnight,

Recorded Music Indoors Mon to Sun 10.00am to Midnight

Late Night Refreshment Indoors and Outdoors Mon to Sun 23:00 to Midnight

Sale of Alcohol – on sales – Mon to Sun 10:00am to Midnight.

Replace current Annex 2 conditions with updated conditions to continue to meet the licensing objectives.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 17/04/2025 to the Licensing Team, Breckland Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham, NR19 1EE where applications can be inspected during office hours.

It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
