What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003: GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
APPLICANT: FP (NEWCASTLE) LTD PREMISES: FAYRE PLAY, UNITS F6 & F7, FIRST FLOOR, THE GATE, NEWGATE STREET, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE NE1 5TG
NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a new premises licence, to trade as bar and restaurant with games and entertainment in the style of a Fayre Ground, as follows: (1) Supply of alcohol (on only) 10:00 to 01:00 Every Day; (2) Opening hours, live and recorded music (and similar) 10:00 to 01:30 Every Day; and (3) Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 01:30.
An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk Representations must be received by 22nd April 2025.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed at http://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
