Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence
We Loveday Esher Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Elmbridge Borough Council on the 21st March 2025 for the grant of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Loveday Esher, Upper Court, Portsmouth Road, Esher, KT10 9JH from which the following licensable activities are proposed. The Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption on and off the premises 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday for residents and guests.
Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD or online at www.elmbridge.gov. uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above, or by email at licensing@elmbridge.gov.uk.
The last day for representations being the 18/04/2025
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
