I/We Anna Stewart The Battle Chapel Ltd Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council for a variation of premises licence At 55 high street, Battle, TN330EN and known as The Chapel The application is to:Include our alcove area out the front as part of our license until 23:00 every day, We would like to add off sales for all the hours we are open, We would like our closing hours to be matched will the establishment across from us.We would like earlier opening on a weekend for breakfast. We would like to have a 1am closing on New Year's Eve

Live music variation:Every Friday and Saturday until 00:30. We have had an independent acoustic assessment with a noise limitor to ensure we do not cause a nuisance to surrounding properties.
