Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Dorking Distillery Ltd has applied to Mole Valley District Council on 21st MARCH 2025 for a new premises licence for Dorking Distillery, Denbies Wine Estate, London Road, Dorking RH5 6AA.
The proposed application is to permit: Sale by Retail of Alcohol ON & OFF the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00hrs
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 18th APRIL 2025 (28 days from the day after the application is received by the Licensing Department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: Senior Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ, or by emailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
