What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence

Greene King Retailing Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence for The Windsor, 1 Walton Vale, Liverpool, L9 4RE. This is an application to amend the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing number L01). 

The only change to the plan is the inclusion of an additional bar servery located in between the beer cellar and the main lounge rooms and an expansion of the licensed area to include this. 

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. 

Representation can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 21st April 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
