Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Newcastle City Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at West Denton Way, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE5 2NF.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.
Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH any time up to and including 21st April 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
