Notice is hereby given that

Riccardo Gaglio has applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for the variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Planet Clothing t/a Meow Lounge, 6-8 The Arcade, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 1ED.

This application is for the sale of alcohol from the hours of 12.00 – 22.00 Monday to Sunday every week. Drinks may be taken outside but within the designated area.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
