Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to licensing@binningliamgov.uk or alternatively by post to General licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 21U Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 15/04/2025.
