LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Thomas Hugo Herbert has applied to Cotswold District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Activities - Supply of alcohol on premises

Monday - 12:00 - 17:00

Tuesday - 12:00 - 17:00

Wednesday - 12:00 - 17:00

Thursday - 12:00 - 23:00

Friday - 12:00 - 23:00

Saturday - 12:00 - 23:00

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
