NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that St Neots Town Council have on the 21st March applied to Huntingdonshire District Council for a Premise Licence for Market Square, St Neots, PE19 2AF

For the following regulated activities – Delete as appropriate, list days and times, as well as indoor or outdoor, as applicable per activity

a. Provision of Films (25th May 2025 12:00 – 20:00)

b. Provision of Live Music (25th May 2025 12:00 – 20:00)

c. Provision Recorded Music (25th May 2025 12:00 – 20:00)

d. Provision of Performance of Dance (25th May 2025 12:00 – 20:00)

e. Anything of a similar description (25th May 2025 12:00 – 20:00)

f. Retail Sale of Alcohol for Consumption ON and OFF the Premises – (25th May 2025 12:00 – 20:00 both on and off premises)

Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing online via the public register above or by email to licensing@huntingdonshire.gov.uk or by post to Huntingdonshire District Council, Pathfinder House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon PE29 3TN.

Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 17th April 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is unlimited.
