Premises: The Quayosk, Baltic Business Quarter, Gateshead, NE8 3DF
Notice is given that N.E. Scran 2 Ltd.has applied to Gateshead Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The licensable activities are: Supply of Alcohol (on and off the premises), Everyday 10:00 - 22:59
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead, NE8 1HH.
Representations must be received no later than 16th April 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
