NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that A.G DHALIWAL’S LTD has submitted a premises licence application to Cardiff Council The application is for a new licence for the premises known as at 150 Crwys Road, Cardiff, CF24 4NR. The application proposes the provision of the sale of alcohol.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff, CF10 4UW or via email at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk, no later than 18/04/2025.

The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council’s website, www.cardiff.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
