JAGMaK Ltd. Does hereby give notice that on 13 March 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a delicatessen & micro bar to be known as: 'The One & Only’, 332 Goring Road, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing, BN12 4PE
The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of:
Sale of Alcohol for consumption on & off the premise: 09:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday – Sunday.
Sale of Alcohol & the provision of live & recorded music: 23:00hrs to 01:00hrs (of the following morning) on New Year’s Eve.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: email:

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
