Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op, Earlham House Shops, Earlham Road, Norwich NR2 3PD. The application is to vary the times when sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises may take place Monday to Saturday from 07:00 – 23:00 and Sunday from 10:00-22:30 to Monday to Sunday 06:00 – 23:00. All current conditions will be replaced with new conditions.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Norwich City Council, Licensing team, City Hall, St Peter Street, Norwich NR2 1NH Or by email licensing@norwich.gov.uk by 16 April 2025. The Application may be viewed during opening hours at Council Offices or http://www.norwich.gov.uk/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
