What is proposed?

Licensing Application for a Variation of
a Premises Licence (Under Section 34
of the Licensing Act 2003)
An application has been made by Northern
Touch Limited trading as Hazlewood Castle to
NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL on 13 March
2025 to Vary the Premises Licence for
Hazlewood Castle, Paradise Lane, Tadcaster,
LS24 9NJ. Applying for: extension of the
licensable area to incorporate an additional
outdoor area and to add an additional
condition to the licence to promote the
licensing objectives. The full application can
be viewed at the offices of the Licensing
Authority at North Yorkshire Council,
Licensing, Civic Centre, Doncaster Road,
Selby between 10am and 4pm. All
representations to this application must be
made in writing to North Yorkshire Council
(licensing.sel@northyorks.gov.uk) within 28
days from the date of this notice. It is an
offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application. A person is liable to an unlimited
fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
