I Joseph Peter Ainsworth do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence At 5 Oak Mews, Oak Street, Llangollen, Denbighshire, LL20 8RP known as Bar VibeZ.
The application is to: Add the provision of Live Music (Indoors) Monday - Sunday 23:00 hrs - 00:00 hrs.
To extend the permitted hours for provision of Recorded Music (Indoors) Sunday -Wednesday 23:00 hrs - 00:00 hrs and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 hrs - 02:00 hrs. Add the provision of Late-Night Refreshment (Both Indoors and Outdoors) Sunday - Wednesday 23:00 hrs - 00:00 hrs and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 hrs - 02:00 hrs.
To extend the hours for opening and the sale of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) - Sunday - Wednesday 08:00 hrs -00:00 hrs and Thursday - Saturday 08:00 hrs -02:00 hrs.
To remove condition from the Prevention of Public Nuisance - 1. Recorded music will be kept to background level.
The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority. Representations can be made between 17-03-2025 to 14-04-2025. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
