What is proposed?

AEG Presents Limited is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for St Nicholas Park (Events Area 1), Banbury Road, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 4QY

If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises and provision of regulated entertainment between
2-6 July 2025 (inclusive) between the following hours:
17:00 – 22:30hrs on 2, 3 & 4 July 2025.
15:00 – 22:30hrs on 5 July 2025.
15:00 – 22:00hrs on 6 July 2025.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Authority: Warwick District Council, Town Hall, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4AT
licensing@warwickdc.gov.uk

Representations may only be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this Notice.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except Bank Holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the Standard Scale. 19 MARCH 2025.
