Runwell Road - Application To Vary A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Quart Pot, Runwell Road, Runwell nr Wickford, Essex, SS11 7PN applied to Chelmsford City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant. The only alteration being to licence a bar to be placed in the external area, which is already licensed, to permit the sale of alcohol both on and off sales.
2. To add a condition to the licence that the external bar shall cease at 22:00 hours daily.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Team, Chelmsford City Council, Civc Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE or via email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk no later than 18 April 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Chelmsford City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website www.chelmsford.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
