NAME OF APPLICANT: Live in the South Ltd NAME & ADDRESS OF PREMISES: Uttoxeter Racecourse, Wood Lane, UTTOXETER ST14 8BD PROPOSED LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES: (e) Live Music, (f) Recorded Music, (g) Performances of Dance and (h) Anything of a similar description to that falling within e, f and g (both indoors and outdoors) and (j) Supply of alcohol (on sales only) OPENING HOURS: Friday to Sunday 1200 to 2230hrs (3 events per calendar year)
Any representations must be made in writing by 15th April 2025 to the Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent DE14 2EB or email: licensing@ eaststaffsbc.gov.uk Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
Applications can be viewed by appointment only at East Staffordshire Borough Council, Trent House, Millers Lane off Derby Street, Burton upon Trent DE14 2NS.
A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an Application for a Premises Licence.
A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale DATED 20th March 2025
