APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003


TRG Concessions Limited are applying for a Premises Licence for The Fletton, The New Terminal Building, Airport Way, London Luton Airport LU2 9LY to permit the sale of alcohol 00:00-23:59 and late night refreshment 23:00-05:00. Further information concerning the application can be viewed at: www.luton.gov.uk Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by email to licensing@luton.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, George Street, Luton LU1 2BQ Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice (by midnight on 16th April 2025) It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount Dated: 19th March 2025
