PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34, Licensing Act 2003)

Description of the proposed variation: To extend the current hours of the following licensable activities by an additional 30 minutes: Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Late Night Refreshment & Supply of Alcohol on Thursday to 0000hrs and on Friday & Saturday to 0030hrs Furthermore, to extend the current hours of the same licensable activities by an additional one hour to 0100hrs on each Friday & Saturday in the month of December ONLY And to amend and update the floor layout plan.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Friday, excluding public holidays. Details are also provided on Brentwood Borough Council’s website at www.brentwood.gov.uk.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Other Person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 18TH APRIL 2025

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (UNLIMITED)
