What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17 Licensing Act 2003

Istanbul Restaurant Crewe Ltd has applied to Cheshire East Council for a Premises Licence at 230-232 Edleston Road, Crewe CW2 7EH to enable the Sale of alcohol on/ off the premises and recorded music between 0900 and 0100 hours and Late Night Refreshment from 2300 to 0100 Mondays to Sunday.

The full application can be inspected by contacting Licensing during office hours on 0300 123 5015. Representations must be in writing before the 18th of April 2025 to: Licensing Section, Cheshire East Council, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 2LL or email licensing@ cheshireeast.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
