What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: East Street Pub Company Ltd is applying for the grant of a Variation of a Premises Licence for King William IV, 19 Northumberland Place, Teignmouth, Devon TQ14 8BZ.

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Provision of Live Music (indoors) Sun – Thurs 12:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs
Fri – Sat 12:00 hrs to 01:30 hrs Recorded Music (indoors) Sun – Thurs 09:00 hrs to 02:00 hrs
Fri – Sat 09:00 hrs to 03:00 hrs Recorded music (outside) Mon – Sun 09:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs Late Night Refreshment Sun – Thurs 23:00 hrs to 02:00 hrs
Fri – Sat 23:00 hrs to 03:00 hrs Licensing Objectives – Removal, rewording and inclusion of some new licensing objectives.

The application can be viewed on the Teignbridge District Council public register at www.teignbridge.gov.uk/licensing Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX or emailing licensing@teignbridge.gov.uk

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
