What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Havering for a Premises Licence to permit late night refreshment on and off 11pm to Midnight Sunday to Wednesday, 2300-0100 Thursdays and 2300-0200 Friday and Saturday at Popeye’s, 60-62 South Street, Romford RM1 1RB.

A full copy of this application can be inspected at Public Protection, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford RM1 3SL tel: 01708 432777, by appointment with the Licensing Team or by writing to licensing@havering.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 10 April 2025. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine for knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
