Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th March 2025 Wellington Pub Company Ltd applied to East Hampshire District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Izaak Walton, High Street, East Meon, Petersfield GU31 2QA.

The proposed licensable activities are;- The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Saturday between the hours of 10.00 to 23.00 and on Sundays 12.00 to 22.30.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing, Environmental Health, PO Box 310, Petersfield, Hampshire GU32 9HN by email to: licensing@easthants.gov.uk no later than the 21st April 2025 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of East Hampshire District Council and the record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours (please call 01730 234379/89 to arrange) or by viewing the licensing public register at www.easthants.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
