Notice is hereby given that we ACT Trading Activities Limited, of The Hub at Foulston Park on 24/02/25, have made application to Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the Act, for the grant of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate * in respect of the premises situate at and known as The Hub at Foulston Park, Madden Road, Plymouth, PL1 4NE.
The relevant licensable activities/relevant qualifying club activities are as follows:

Live/Recorded Music
From 06:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs on Monday-Sunday
Sale of Alcohol
From 09:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs on Monday-Sunday

No later than 23rd March (This is the 28th day commencing from the day after the application was submitted to the Council)
A copy of this application can be viewed on the Council’s licensing register or at the Licensing Office address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
