What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that I, Finnian Dunlop of Crabapples, Grove Road, Canterbury, Kent CT3 1SJ have applied to Canterbury City Council as Licensing Authority for GRANT of a Premises License in respect of Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm & Sunday 10am to 5pm for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises as a delicatessen/cheese/wine shop with occasional tastings and tutorials. Limited to no more than 12 pax at one time.
For the premises Finnians Ltd, The Corner Unit situated at Court Lodge Farm, Frog Lane, Bishopsbourne, Canterbury, Kent CT4 5HU 18 th March 2025.
This application can be inspected by appointment at Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane, Canterbury, Kent. (1) The prevention of crime and disorder,
(2) public safety,
(3) the prevention of public nuisance,
(4) the protection of children from harm.
Any representations should be made by 15/4/2025 (this is 28 days from the day following the application having been submitted)
All representations will be available for public inspection. Anonymous representations will not be considered. It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application
